Landmark Walking Tour: “Old and New Landmarks of North Sixth Street and Beyond”

Historic Harrisburg Executive Director David Morrison will lead a walking tour of the North Sixth Street Corridor on Saturday, May 17, with stops at the Broad Street Market, the new Sylvia Rambo Federal Courthouse, new State Archives Building, new Catherine Hershey Early Learning Center, historic Homeland Center, historic Camp Curtin, and the historic neighborhoods of Olde Uptown. The tour, from 10 AM to 12 Noon, will begin at the Historic Harrisburg Resource Center, 1230 N. 3rd Street.

The tour will conclude back at the Broad Street Market, where tourgoers may purchase lunch, groceries, and prepared foods. The cost is $15 for General Admission and $10 for Historic Harrisburg members. Tickets may be purchased in advance at Eventbrite or at the start of the tour.
