This Fourth Monday Program will be a kitchen table discussion will be with panelists Elder Frances Lavender and Rev. Willie Sawyers, both of Harrisburg. The discussion will be facilitated by local historian Barbara Barksdale about their life during the early 60-70’s. You don’t want to miss this grassroots discussion that will share stories of their lives as a young African American person growing up in the City of Harrisburg. The enjoyment of life, growth, disappointments, challenges, and achievements will be shared. This discussion will be approximately 45 minutes in length with time for public questions and answers. Attendance can be either in-person or over Facebook Live.

The Fourth Monday Program is FREE to the public.
