On Wednesday, July 22, from 5:30 to 6:00 PM, Historic Harrisburg Association is having a Pop-Up Preservation Seminar at Matt Krupp’s award -winning property at 254-256 North Street.
This is very simple: we gather on the sidewalk and in Susquehanna Street between this property and Matt’s family residence at 258 North Street. Masks and physical distancing are required, and you must sign up (no walk ins). Matt will share the story of acquiring, rescuing and restoring this c. 1868 long-vacant pair of buildings, now housing Elementary Coffee and three apartments. Architect Chris Dawson, Matt Long of Harrisburg Commercial Interiors and Alli Lin LLC were part of Matt’s team. The project is a recipient of Historic Harrisburg’s 2020 Preservation Award!
We will limit attendance to 24 people.
