This 1953 stainless DeRaffele diner was originally called the By-Pass Diner but renamed in 1988 and had appeared in the opening title sequence for the soap opera “One Life to Live” in the 1980s. Most recently it was operated as “Harry’s Bistro” but under threat of demolition was purchased and moved to make way for a new gas station.
