Historic Harrisburg will present another Pop-up Sidewalk Seminar, this time at the corner of Green & Herr Streets in Historic Midtown. Under discussion will be the residence of Ron Wetzel and Nathan Hench at 256 Herr Street, the long-vacant property they purchased in 2014 whose total renovation is nearing completion. Of particular interest is the extensive exterior landscape master plan in which a broad commercial parking lot has been replaced by a cobblestone entrance court and lush plantings. To explain the project, Ron and Nathan will be joined by their primary contractors, Brett Kain, owner of BMK Construction, LLC, Brad Groff, co-owner of River Valley Landscapes, and Don Delp, owner of Restore ‘N More. The 30-minute interactive seminar will include opportunities for audience questions.
