This Fourth Monday Program is a Special Women’s History Month Program “Mira Lloyd Dock and the Civic Club of Harrisburg’s Role in the City Beautiful Movement,” presented by Contrena Baltimore, President of the Civic Club of Harrisburg. This program is co-hosted by the Civic Club of Harrisburg and will be held at their historic headquarters at 612 N. Front Street.
